We guarantee your blinds will be free from defect when you receive them until one year after that date. Which is ample time for any defect to unmask themselves. We will replace with immediate effect any blinds that develop such faults, as we ensure the manufacturing process of your blinds is of the highest standards throughout.

A no nonsense straight forward Privacy Policy

As with all our services our privacy policy is no different, no nonsense and straight forward.

We will never release any information about our customers or their activities to any third party without prior express consent.

We do log all network activity at all times, and at all levels, and we save this information for as many days as we consider appropriate however our only intention for this information to ensure our service is continually improved and better for the satisfaction of our customers.

As all our online payment method are with 3rd parties like PayPal, and Google Checkout we have absolutely no opportunity or reason to ever see, store or query any financial details of our customers.

Returns

As all of our items are custom made we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defective within the warranty period, which we will promptly replace. So, we strongly recommend that your check your measurements multiple times before placing your order. You can contact us at anytime for assistance with this or other help you may require.

However we know that accidents do happen and we will work with you in the unfortunate event, all of your problems and issues will be handled on a case by case basis and common sense will be used to try and resolve these issues.

Cancellations and Refunds

As with our returns policy, all of our items are custom made, so cancelling your order is difficult for us, so we ask you to please inform us at the earliest opportunity, so we can stop the manufacturing process to minimize losses. There will be a small fee attached for the administration of this and will be dependant of the time at which you cancel.

When your order is placed and the online transaction has been settled then the order is immediately placed in the manufacture process however on some occasions the actual manufacture process might not begin within the first 24 hours so early contact is essential when cancelling an order.
